The staff were choice, but the room needed a proper clean. The shower was great, though.

The setting was favourable, close enough to local shops, public transport and walking distance fron city center, and bus station and train station. The room was luxurious, moreover beautifully maintained;)))

Extremely friendly staff, it was really good stay.

It offered very good service and good food too.

The shower was like a mini spa, best I've experienced, and the staff were super friendly, always up for a chat and a joke. The location was perfect for exploring too, with a bus stop just a short stroll away, made getting around easy!

The noise from the A/C was a bit of a bother at night, I had to use earplugs to get some decent sleep.

The location in a nice quiet area was great and there were different stores and supermarkets nearby. Satisfactory breakfasts with vegan options and many eating varieties, as example, everyone could try something new.

Clean, modern bathrooms. Convenient bicycle rental on-site. The staff was friendly. Showers had issues with hot water control.

The room left much to be desired, lacking basic cleanliness with dust and dirt on the surfaces. Shower issues plagued my stay, with water flooding the entire bathroom due to a poorly installed door, and a persistent odor that crept in every time I walked in. Add to that the lack of soundproofing. Noise from adjacent rooms. Confusing corridors. The air conditioning worked sporadically, providing little relief in the heat, yet the internet connection was surprisingly stable, a relief.

The view of the lake from my room was lovely. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, providing me with restful nights. The proximity to a bus stop made it easy to explore the area. Plenty of nearby eateries added to the convenience 🌅

The only good thing was the nice reception 😔. Unfortunately, my room had dirty sheets and a broken toilet seat. I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

I adored the spacious layout and clean, airy decor, made wandering through the hotel easy, just like gliding on a summer breeze. The friendly ambiance brightened my afternoons, with all corners free for leisurely strolls.

Quieter rooms would enhance relaxation for seniors.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a personal omelette station that allowed me to customize my meal just the way I liked it. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The check-in process could be improved to ensure a smoother experience.
